Hi.

Take the time to read the instructions before asking questions please. I wrote them so that I didn't have to answer this a bunch of times lol

There is a tutorial on patching PPF files in the tutorial section as well.

if you have a bug to report, do it in the right thread... Ramza can become a Dark Knight perfectly fine.

You need to state which emulator. Many others have played this and not had this issue.

Literally in the readme in the download, yes. You need ppf-o-matic3 and a rom of FFT, thats literally it. Couldn't be any easier.

A lot of Elmdor's ability can be attributed to Lucavi influence. His skillset has been adjusted to make it less mediocre since most enemies like him only have a couple abilities.

You either have a derped emulator or edited something you shouldnt have. This bug doesnt actually exist.

For context, I am trying to introduce an extra character in the "Dorter2" sequence in the same way enemy units walk in from off the map. The result is far off from what is intended. "2D" starts already on the map when the event begins and the commands seem to be skipped. (No message displayed, no teleport) The commands and variables seem to be correct, so the issue must be the order in which they were written OR I've overlooked a checkbox in ENTD somewhere?

EDIT: I did use the addunit command when the other units were introduced earlier in the event script.

Unless the unit has 'present' unchecked in the ENTD, there is nothing in your script to stop them from drawing immediately. You are also teleporting to x4, y5. I don't know the map exactly off the top of my head, but i feel like thats not the edge of the map?

Please post full scripts, not just what YOU think is important or causing an issue. Guess work isn't the easiest way to go about this...

The CPU should never be spitting out twice the damage you are unless you are talking about bosses. The Easy mode patch is not official, it was made, and then got posted here and it got added to the OP because i didnt want people thinking it was something more than what it was. I don't offer support for it though, you will need to apply it via FFT Patcher

Yeah, if they are benched, then the worldmap condition wont see that he is in formation and wont allow the events to trigger

If you send out people on a proposition, and then beat a chapter and then try to get them back they are set to missing. This is from vanilla, not TLW

This is the part where the female knight (87) walks in, shrugs her shoulders and walks out.
what exactly is warpunit used for? I'm trying to understand the coding by which characters enter/leave the map.

80/24 are the unit IDs in those message examples

the unit warps to that location because they werent given a proper location in the ENTD to match the scene, so they warp the unit to that location before they enter the room, so that the unit can properly appear to be coming in from the door.
