If you send out people on a proposition, and then beat a chapter and then try to get them back they are set to missing. This is from vanilla, not TLW

This is the part where the female knight (87) walks in, shrugs her shoulders and walks out.
what exactly is warpunit used for? I'm trying to understand the coding by which characters enter/leave the map.

80/24 are the unit IDs in those message examples

the unit warps to that location because they werent given a proper location in the ENTD to match the scene, so they warp the unit to that location before they enter the room, so that the unit can properly appear to be coming in from the door.

If youve completed both the beowulf/reis quest line, nelveska temple battle, and the aliste/bremondt battles THIS playthru. There should be no issue

Id double check a list online. You are likely missing something, as this has been tested quite a bit. Remember some propositions are seasonal. And thank you. Glad you enjoyed it.

Current versions of Jot5 are gonna work best on ePSXe or pSX, as there was some load delay issues in the original build. The build we are working on for the re-release and Ch2, does not have this issue and should work fine on whatever, though there is no current ETA, we are further along now than we were before now lol

The sound effect will play as if a help menu was brought up, but no message appears nor does the game pause for it. After exiting the novel, the Brave Story menu turns dark blue as if the game thinks that a help message is currently being displayed.

At this point the only thing you can do is replay the novel you're currently on, but the Select button becomes disabled for all future playthroughs. You can also back out of the screen that allows you to play the novel, but that will lock the player in place like shown in the picture and the only way out is to reset the game.

For Diary of Nanai, this can happen when pressing Select during Nanai Valencia's segment at the beginning as well as the very last page of text in the ending.

For Wyuvle, this can happen in a lot of pages, most notably during the true ending. Most common factors of this bug occurring in this novel are during pages with giant walls of text and where the tabs for the Square button to scroll and the Start button to pause on the bottom corners don't display.

I've found no issues currently with the M-Fiction Novel.

This was done on 2.021 using pSX and Duckstation. The only ASM applied was Xifanie's smart encounters.

Can you please provide screenshots of the pages this happens on?

I should use FFTPatcher 492 to patch only DATA xml. And yet, the included folder in the Resources download are only version 493 B7 and 482. The exact folder name inside the The Lion War 2.021 Resources.7z I downloaded is /6. TLW ASM (Patch Last)/DATA (FFTP .482)/. Is this just a typo? Apologies for being "neurotic" about the instructions, I am trying to follow the instructions to the letter but I am confused by some of the inconsistencies and errors I have encountered, since there's no mention of this in the tutorial.

The tutorial does not say anything about not needing to expand the image. It tells you you DO still need to expand it. It just mentions that the expand method in newer shishi no longer increases the image size. You are misreading what was written...

482 was originally mislabeled as 492, use the packaged resources as instructed and ignore the typo

Honestly if its the same serial, it would more be tracking to make sure you load the right save. This is the reason that we gave TLW2.x its own serial number, but when it comes to PSP Popsloader is unfortunately a finicky bitch :/

It will include all text and dialogue and zodiac calender and everything else you'd suffer thru while playing WotL.

We really arent taking suggestions though. Both of these mods have been planned and in production for quite some time.

I should also be noted that while I do not have a vita, I know there are issues converting a psx2psp if the serial is not known by popsloader on a normal PSP (I know nothing about Vita emulation or PS1 games on vita). Normally from FFT, you'd see SLUS_942.21, but because of the types of changes TLW 2.x makes, it was necessary to separate it from vanilla saves (and to avoid confusion and bugs during said confusion), so in this case, we use TLW2_942.21. The rom is updated during creation by a xml made by Cerabow which can be found in the resources.  If the issue with vita is similar in this regard. You could just omit that ASM when building TLW via the provided resources, and you should be good to go. Just make sure not to load any vanilla saves lol
