Already told you what to do. Not my fault you didnt listen. I know exactly what the issue is. The game has teams, each of those teams (factions has a palette) player team loads palette 1, you need to swap the palettes around.

You need to swap the palettes around. You can use palette editor by Xifanie to do this. Or graphicsgale.

Hello All. This is my first post on this site, as I have only stumbled upon it very recently. The only hack for this incredible game that I have ever played is the dreaded 1.3. It was...not fun to play. That out of the way, I am overly impressed with the work the groups throughout this site have put together.

I would simply like it stated that I am super excited to play this when it is released, and while I am not terribly good at modding/hacking, I have an abundance of capacity when it comes to play testing and finding bugs. If that is ever needed, please let me know. And I will make sure to post any I find during regular play.

Best to everyone envolved with this site, cuz it is awesome.

Thanks man, I will send you a PM in a week or two when we start bugtesting the 'final' build (I put quotes, since Xif's NG+ stuff won't be in the initial version, until she has time to work on it again)

You would need an ASM to do what you are asking. Maybe Xif's 'Special Snowflakes' has something akin to what you are trying to do, but i cant say for sure, since its one of the few hacks of her that I havent played around with too much (yet)

Not likely to ever happen. Sprites, tend to work on what they want to see or in the game or help out people who actually working on a patch that they see going somewhere and worth the time of making a sprite..

That doesnt explain why fftp would crash, again, unless you were trying to edit the image, while it was loaded into the emulator or something else.

Funeral Priest is used in EVTCHR form only. The sprite isn't needed.

You have to edit the names in resources.zip if you want it reflected visually in the patcher..

If its not named then its not used (in a normal way) in the game. I made sure all ENTDs were named based on where they were used in the attack.out

It can only f*** the game if the event requires an specific unit in that slot, and from what i read TLW will not put real guest in party roster, until they fully join.

So the 4 slot are like a storage for units you put them there and take them out if you need them, they wont appear on battle formation, but to that case you can change jobs nor equipment in battle formation either. yet its a limitation of 16 units to choose in battle formation while having 4 in cold storage.   

TLW doesnt have formation guests, this is correct, but it does use hacks that allow guests to be used in normal battle, since its tied to the unit restriction hack.

Being that this is a base patch for others to build their mods upon, Id rather not do anything that would potentially mess anything up.

As Nyzer said (and knows far too well with the years we've worked together) I couldnt be okay substituting one hack with another that required work arounds and planning to have it act as intended.

I'd prefer to wait until a dedicated Roster Hack is made
