0x00: dwdsP (string, file designation)

0x2c: next soundfont pointer
0x30: instrument settings array (0x10 per instrument, 0xB0 instruments):

      0x09: Decay Shift
      0x0a: Sustain Flags
      0x0b: Release Flags
      0x0c: Sustain Level
