and i havent tested it in game cause i havent fixed its colors yet. i dunno if it is the right size or not.. it depends on the jap spriters XD

used samurai's palette for the reds as boss celdia said it was too saturated XD

Actually I dunno why people say that when its only very slightly saturated, when it gets imported into the game the colors are toned down anyways...

I think you might have to go in there manually with Photoshop or whatever you use and change the hair whiter. Other than that the sprite does look similar, so its not too bad. Are you gonna use the Firion portrait or make a new one? Actually, dumb question but is this character male or female?

That's the male. The female char has a different accessory in her hair.

I know this was an old question, but I believe you are referring to Sword of Mana, I only bring it up, cuz i found my old GBA today with that game still in it and it reminded me of that post,
Secret of Mana was only on SNES and Super Famicon (Seiken Densetsu 2) IIRC
