There isn't one. There is a setting to enable scaling if you outlevel non-scaling units, but not the reverse.

is everything supposed to have 100 max MP?

edit: i also found an issue.. on my fresh file i did the camoa cup and.. the 1st round enemies were level 30 to my... 6?

I just loaded the new patch and got some weird bugs almost immediately.
In the Agrias has the sprite of the priest, Gafgarion has the sprite of Agrias, and they both died in the fight.

It's looking like a turd already, no confirmation of WotL content being implemented into either game... I'll keep my fingers crossed but we're getting some drip-feed here.
