Mystic Knight functionality could theoretically exist, but it would require doing something like getting rid of the byte on the Battle Stats that marks whether a unit is holding a sword-type weapon and/or a Materia Blade (functionality that the Ability Requirement Hack already bypasses anyway) and using that as a special weapon elemental byte, then editing all of the weapon formulas to check that byte first before checking the weapon.

Interesting...well thank you for that. I'm mostly making unique classes for each of the unique units that don't really have one. For Ramza, I'm creating his Squire class to be a Zodiac Knight and his abilities are based on each Zodiac sign. Rad, is becoming a Mercenary with break and Squire abilities. Lavian, is going to be a Aqua Knight with ice and water based skills. Alicia, is going to be a Terra Knight with Earth and Lightning based skills.

I was going to have one of Ramza's abilities grant all allies fire attacks, but seeing as that may be impossible, I will have to think of something different for that sign. Maybe PA & MA up or Bra/Fai up.

This is really great.  A lot of rough edges, certainly, but just as-is it's been been fun to play through.  I'd like to see some documentation, like a changelog, and a list of new equipment and hidden items.  Like, I saw Terra block an attack with her sword, so I've been wondering if she has innate weapon guard, and I was really confused about the listed stats for the force shield until I equipped it and saw what it was actually doing.

Is there any table with all class growths and multipliers for this mod? I keep only finding bits and pieces instead.

Thanks for it anyways, i've been playing chapter 1 and having a blast.

Also, i can't seem to use FFT Editor with it (i was trying to look that information i just asked), i just get the "could not load" error.

Its Great game! I completed the game about in 6 hrs. Luckily get a sword in somewhere that is OP innocent effect and atma weapon just use attack command. Looking forward to any update.

I know this is a bit late and I'm not toooo sure if you haven't already done it yet but I tend to use memmanager.exe to take different formats between different emulators or editor programs.

I believe I grabbed this off someone's post about FFTastic bob knows how long ago. I do not bother with the duckstation memcard editor. MCD is the format for duckstation. GME is the format FFTastic that I have should you want to use some stat/job editing.

Valhalla is a tool released off-site that never really got supported after release, as far as I can tell. I linked it over here as well, for the sake of the community, but it just isn't a community tool and the fact that it eventually had compatibility issues doesn't surprise me at all.

The good news is, you don't even need it for those changes. The existing FFTPatcher and Tactext tools can accomplish what you're looking for.

Hello! This is my first post on this forum, as I created this account just to congratulate the author of this mod. I've been playing FFT for over 20 years, and with each playthrough I create new challenges, as the vanilla version is very easy, and I'm sure everyone here agrees. I'm still on the first chapter of the Valeria mod, and my only question is: Is there a table or a documentary where I can consult the growth rate and multipliers of all the jobs? I see that I can find Ramza's growth rate in this thread, but I didn't find the information for the generic jobs, and I intend to use this to better plan my characters.
