I didn't really had a bad time at it but the Green Mages in the "Green Dominion" Quest did seem to have used it a lot but it did prolong the battle.

Choto set up the Unit Dismissal Hack, which is in my copy of FFTOrgASM right now (and so probably yours too). There's also a "Jot5 Game Over Hack" in the staff board that is probably the one that causes a game over if they crystallize (though I can't guarantee it).

I recently went through the code that handles ATTACK.OUT battle event conditionals and made a reference for all of the conditional commands contained therein... and there were quite a few more than I've seen documented anywhere, and some were a bit different than how they'd been described before.

Some of these are well known and others less so!  I added a table to the Wiki page here for the ATTACK.OUT conditionals since the table didn't seem to fit very well as a post.

Basically, if Agrias is alive and has at most 60% HP, while Gafgarion is alive and it's Agrias' turn, the event will play if it's Agrias' turn (if it hasn't played already)
I'm guessing you were missing the Agrias HP requirement.
