(In case you guys didn't realize, I'm telling my tales anachronistically. Tale #1 was Saturday, #2 was Last Wednesday and This tale was Wednesday.)

So I gambled for the first time ever. I'm visiting a Native American Reservation and they have a casino here, and they were holding a free bingo night. I was invited by some relatives, so I decided why not? It's just bingo after all.

My relatives told me to be down there early, at least 4:30, so I can get a good spot. It's going to get very crowded and you'll want to be able to leave to go to the bathroom without fighting the crowds, so get on the ends. I barely made it on time because my grandpa, like, totally needed to have this native language, like, right now. It didn't even take, as I predicted it would have copy protection.

Oh well, it turned out that bingo didn't even start until 7, and they didn't even start selling Bingo sheets until 5:30. Yeah, "free" bingo. Anyways, when the Bingo sheet vendors finally opened, I decided to buy the maximum package of 50 dollars. I got several foreign looking papers and a strange machine that I still have no clue what it does.

To make a long story short, intially it seemed that I had beginner's luck on my side, but it turned out to be a dud. All I got for my valiant efforts was my clothes smelling like cigarette smoke and getting a sore throat the next day from all that smoke I inhaled. If I got anything good out of this, it was a mildly thrilling experience I'd be fine if I didn't do again and the lesson that gambling sucks. Next time I complain about RNG screwing me over, someone redirect me to this topic.

Will do.
Oh pitiful shadow lost in the darkness, bringing torment and pain to others. Oh damned soul wallowing in your sin, perhaps...it is time to die

<JoZ> I'm not Wiz. Even if I were, I wouldn't be narcissistic enough to go under an alt and comment on my own team.

I hardly ever gamble. I think I poped like 20 bucks in a slot machine once and ended up winning 70 before but that is the most I've ever won. The only "gambling" I do is at my local casino. They have this "Pick the Pros" thing every NFL season. Basically you sign up and you get 3 free tickets and you pick all the NFL games and who you think will win. If you win you can win 30k. Tie breaker goes to whoever gets closer to the Monday night final score. If ties happen even after that, the pot is split.

But yeah, gambling is bad. Good lesson.
