Quote from: "mav"Alright, take a look.

The dead sprite looks fantastic, by the way. Though the darkest red may be overused on the wings...
There's two other issues of importance you might want to fix here before going off to the details.

First off, there should be some more of a shadow under the hair in his forehead, like male priest does, for example.

And secondly, all the shading below his neck looks like a bloddy mess. I'd advise you to ref female monk for this, if not then, female samurai or male thief.

Oh and, fuck college. Im back for a while. B)

Hmm... I've hit a dilema... His 'gets hit' pose is troubling me, should his feet come up so you can see the soles of his feets or should it be on the ground like normal poses. Or any other suggestions? I personally like the soles of the feet idea.

Since he is flying, I think feet up would suits better.

The first one is on the right course. Just that the feet is too high. Try make it lower.

I like the second one. It would take the power of a CT5Holy punch to strike the guy so hard his legs would lift like that. Not to mention that barely anything actually knocks back in this game.

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)

Awesome, I'll be sure to take a look at this tonight. Welcome back Smash--and thanks for these suggestions.

Sorry for the double-post, but I redid the neck, per Smash's instructions and tried to fix the shading near the hair.

@ mav: http://www.ffhacktics.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=266

There's something odd about the hair: it looks like sauce fell on his head. All the lightened part on the top of the head looks pretty weird/bad compared to the rest of the hair.

Heheh.

Yeah, I've been meaning to fix that portion of the hair (especially the side on our left). I guess I'll do it now. For now, I've decided to see if darkening the hair would help fix what Zodiac mentioned. What do you guys think?

The lightest hair shade should be lighter too, more noticeable.

I was remembered, ha.
