Nope.

But just so there's no confusion, Windows XP Mode is just XP SP3 running in a virtual machine within Windows 7. Compatibility mode for XP (SP2 and SP3) is in every edition.

Yup. XP Mode is aimed those who need to run programs that haven't been updated in a long time and that won't work running the program in compatibility mode for XP.
