@Xeno if ya don't mind i after the bugs have been worked out of this sprite i would like to go in and remove all of the unnecessary white parts as this looks more like Ichigo is a bathrobe than his shinigami robes.  If you have a beef i will do it anyways but shall keep the finished result to myself.

well any modifications are welcome, please share when your done, but  by any chance do you ahve any idea on why this file can't be opened in shishi?

It's possible that the palette is off by a few color or you might have accidentally changed the size of the image.  Trust me the smallest change in size of the picture(and thats not file size)will make so shishi wont open it and also make sure its a 16 color bitmap cause you could have changed the type of bitmap it saved as.

hmm... could you test it real quick for me, it's in 16 color format. I just reformated my comp so I no longer have shi shi >_<

damn hmm... and I know it's not the size because I just downloaded another sprite sheet and it's the same size, which is width 256 and height 488 so I have no idea whats going on >_<

I found the problem you saved it as a 24 color bitmap and when i attempted to change it to 16 all the orange turned green.  Also to make it fft style just remove the nose lol.

thats wierd, I have the original psd file and when I save it to 16 color, and try it on shi shi it gets the error, would you like the original file so you can attempt to save it in 16 color and upload it for us? or would you rather explain to me how you got it to save in 16 color, as in what program you used and what steps you took?

as for the nose lol thats going to look so odd but I'll give it a try just to see how it looks.

It's rather easy, i opened it in ms paint then hit the save as key when it poped up i opened the tab that said bitmap and it said it was a 24 color bitmap so i changed it to 16 colors and saved it then color loss happened big time but it did load up in shishi.

hmm... thats really odd I still couldn't get it to load in shishi, then again it was a huge loss of color, this is horrible >_<

quick questin, when we hand in our sprites the the sprite submition area, why do they want them in png format?

I've been trying to work on a new Fran sprite. I think it's coming out pretty good, though I only have two views done! I used the Jenna sprite's ponytail so that credit goes to Zozma. What do you all think?
