Plans for new sprites, whats everyone working on?

Would anyone (zozma mainly) object to me takng that headless Dark Knight sprite to work on my own sprite from it?

I think by doing something like making the armour darker, making the yellow red and the blue white, it would look awesome, and i did some messing around with chrono's head and so far it looks pretty good (in my opinion anyway)

I'm a hardcore vanilla Agrias fan.  I love that she's fairly sexless in her occupation as a knight-captain (standard breastplate rather than omg breasts! breastplate), and I especially love her massive English braid, so this new sprite makes me sad.  Lie to me, assure me it isn't my sweet Aggy, and I'll be content.

And if it isn't Agrias, then Agrias would surely beat her up.  Am I right?

Okay, nothing ground breaking or anything. but the 5 directions (so far) for the chrono/dark knight/ hellspawn

(i was just trying to get it in such a way it will allow me to import it before worrying about colours, NOW i'm going to purloin white from the bandanna for the pants and change the waist/shoes and re-add the bandanna and better merge the head on it)

any suggestions for what i could do? (and i know it needs a fair bit of work before being 'good')

Hmm, try changing the color palette for the lower body. If you zoom out, it looks as though he doesn't have any pants on. hehe..

something doesnt seem right did you switch two shades of black around, the feet on the backside has a lighter black than on the inside

what I did...

messed around with the palette to have the hair and skin not mess up (which incidentally made the pants flesh tone and the waist/inside of shoes brown) but i am messing around with getting all the heads in place before correcting the pants (which will be made white) and fixing the shoes (also white or red)

included is a image of the pants for the 5 directions closer to the final result (i missed a few pixels, but i'm trying to get the heads done for now)

sorry about the bad quality, i saved the original image as a jpg which messed the bigger ones up ><
