Seriously...nobody likes to discuss Ivalice / Story elements and or our favorite characters?  FFT fanarts .. etc?

No one discusses Ivalice/story elements because the whole Ivalice Alliance time line is akin to a bad fan fiction writer stringing together a bunch of their stories into a big connecting "plot" as they claim, when in reality they're only related because they're in Ivalice. Connecting FFT, FFTA, FF12, and Vagrant Story is like trying to connect the Mario Bros game into a storyline cause they all take place in Mushroom Kingdom. And going back and changing FFT names of objects, people, and places doesn't count.

The thing is though that Ivalice is more indepth than you give it credit for. There are overall lines linking them together. For instance, the Gran Grimoire which first is mentioned in Vagrant Story shows up in FFTA and FFTA 2 as one of the main catalysts of the plot. FFTA need not be connected because it's a false world. It's the end of the timeline. FFXII makes a lot of references back to FFT and VS. The Aegyl (a race introduced in Revenant Wings) is Actually mentioned all the way back in FFT, in a Lost Land description. Unlike many other game timelines (specifically Zelda...) Word of God actually gave us a timeline connecting this all together.

FFXII - FFTA 2 (past) - Cataclysm - FFT - VS - FFTA - FFTA 2 (Present)

Whether you choose to accept this or not, that's up to you. The Cataclysm was the event that takes place shortly after FFXII with St. Ajora's death. It wiped out and scattered all other races and from thereon out humanity referred to those past times as a "golden age".
