Turn then sideways, and then superimpose them over her face.  Maybe remove her face and eyes while you're at it (turn them skin-tone), so the smiley replaces her face and eyes.  And then blend them with photoshop.

And we're shooting for something that makes you laugh, not nightmare fuel.  Do you want her pissed off at me or something?
