FFTactext problem

Hello, i'm new to this, i love this game and recently found this site, being able to customize this game is fun, but i got that crystalize crash. Searching around this forum a bit, I see people post that changing the crystallization text or something. Problem i'm having is, i don't know where I can find it ^^, can someone help me? or is there a good guide for FFTactext which can help me out ^^.

EDIT: Right now i made all classes unable to crystallize, tho I'd prefer a more elegant solution.

i might be able to give you clue, on fftactext search on the battle message section, and change the xxx (something like code that refer to unit name list) disappear and leave a crystal behind to something like unit
that's all, you dont need to turn all the jobs unable to crystallize..
