I really like this game, but want everything.  So I have to use mognet.

I found a wifi hotspot and was able to connect, but all the friend codes I had were greyed out when I tried to send a letter.

Does everyone I friend have to friend me back?

Are there any other prerequisites for mognet letter sending?
