need help with Party Roster?

I pached  my iso to get a Dycedarc in my party, but when i got him, in the party roster and when selecting chars for battle Ramza sprite from chapter 1 apears. How to change that. And a second question how to replace ramzas or other chars Onion kinight job to some other job like holy knight or somthing?
