Questions about Seal Evil Formula

So, if I'm correct Reis Dragon formula's affects the six specific Dragon Jobs. Does Seal Evil work that way as well, does it affect those with Undead Status, or does it do both?

It affects anyone with Undead status, human and monster alike.

Sweet. I intend to replace the Ghost and Skeleton with Lamia and Tonberry. I'm glad to hear that Mustadio won't be turning them to stone. Also, thanks for the quick response.
