UDK for FFT sort of clone?

Just wondering your toughts on this, not that im a master on C++ and Unreal Script or 3d modeling but i have my strong points,
bad thing is , that it is gonna have price , low of course but the guys at unreal will want their share, even if i pay the publishing license to launch it, and i don't care about time spent on it at all, my job only consists of sitting in an office and sign papers, very exhausting, lol
