Any ways to make Reis's Dragon Gift universal?

 They told me to use ASM but it doesn't work. I am trying to make her more of an universal character, but while I used gimmicks for her skills (Entice Formula for Dragon Charm, Shout formula for Dragon Might, Quick Formula for Dragon Haste) I can't find anything that can replace her Dragon Gift formula and make it usable on any unit or at least that can heal both status and HP at the same time.

I am using FFTPatcher by the way.

Also, what exactly is wrong with the ASM I gave you?  Does it not display in orgASM?  Or does it simply not work in game (crash...have no effect...)?  I can't help you if I don't know what's wrong.
