Draw Out Concerns

it seems like there are a lot of rules when messing with the Draw Out skills. I know I'm not the only one who doesn't fully understand it and I figured we should make an official list on what makes them different than a regular ability (if there is such a thing).

A few things I had in mind were that using the Weapon Power (sword skill) formula makes them break 100% of the time and makes the statuses affect all the time. Its like the skill is connected to the item used and not the actual skill since some changes don't seem to take effect. If thats true then we should be able to edit the draw out skill from the item screen, like we can with potions. Very strange.
