Near the top of the screen, you want the Profile button.

From there, the left sidebar, Forum Profile Information.

If you can't figure it out from there, you have bigger problems than I can help you with.

This bug confuses me because a lot of people seem to be affected, but it never happened to me.

It has to do with profile settings.

Just flip a radio button and be sure you have one uploaded and all is good.
