Looking for PSX Hackers for game translation projects

I'm the current project manager for the Tear Ring Saga (PSX) translation project, a strategy RPG like Fire Emblem (made by the creator of Fire Emblem). Fortunately that game is pretty much completely hacked. It's also nearing its first-pass translation. For reference, you can see the following page I made:

However, there are some games for which I have interested translators but no hackers.

This is a call for help for anybody who is interested at all in hacking any of the following games, we desperately need hacking help. The following games have interested translators:
Moon- a Remix Adventure (PSX RPG, text is easily searchable)
Tokimeki Memorial (PSX or PC version, I have 2 translators interested in this)

Games that I don't have a translator for but I believe deserve an English translation and hacking include:
Gunparade March (PSX)
428: Fūsa Sareta Shibuya de (PSP)

What happened with the Tear Ring Saga project was that the game was fully hacked, but due to lack of translators became inactive. I managed to help find translators for that project, matching the interested translators with the interested hackers. Now, we have the reverse, so if anybody who is interested in hacking given that we have some interested translators, please reply to this topic or email me at foxstar74 [at] gmail [dot] com.
