Fft patcher items not showing up

Hi guys, My patcher seems to be defective.. i keep trying to put the blast gun and chaos blade in the shops but its not working or atleast it seems not to.. any idea on how to fix this?

Did you set when the weapons are unlocked and select which shops they are available in using the ITEMS tab? The Shop Inventory tab doesn't work anymore AFAIK.
