MAJOR glitches!!!!! wtf do i do!?

THE FIRST ONE;

When I enter a battle, Gafgarion(usually) is nonexistant. Just a shadow where he would usually be.
Then when the battle starts his sprite turns into agrias. (It's the beginning of chapter 2)
He has NO stats, 0HP, 0MP, MAX. Never gets a turn. and this is a freshly patched ISO.

I think this is linked to my next glitch.


At the end of the battle after "Victory" and battle trophies are done, it says "Parting Shot" at the top of the screen.
Then a quote pops up with the unit name "Reis" and no portrait. A person who wasn't even in my party left at the end
of that same battle. Seems interesting, but when I go back to the formation menu Ramza isn't in my party... o_____O

I have... NO idea. o.O   I even changed the battles back to normal..... It happens to him in Dorter and then, to him AND Agrias in zirekile falls.

I would also like to add that not one person has over 84 faith or under 6 brave, which is where parting shot usually comes from. =\

I had this glitch once... im pretty sure alot of people remember my topic about losing ramza while the parting shot clearly stated reis who at the time was not in my party...but i ended up moving everything onto a clean iso from that one (except that battle which i had removed before putting onto fresh iso) i redid the battle no problems. so try using another iso cuz some just come bugged like that :/
