Resetting ENTD?

Started by lasmrah, January 05, 2010, 12:40:14 am

So I'm playing around with a patch of my own, and I ran into a problem - I have a goodly number of changes (using FFTPatcher) and I want to reset my ENTD tables to default and keep the rest of my patch intact - it's looking like I just have to go through each encounter and reset them individually, but I'm hoping there's some faster way. Any help would be appreciated!

patch using fftpatcher onto a fresh iso.  When you're at the patch screen, deselect the ENTD changes.

Re-open fftpatcher, and rip that iso.
Just another rebel plotting rebellion.

Make a backup .fftpatch just in case.
Create a new patch using FFTPatcher and patch ENTD1/2/3/4.
Now if you load your ISO your ENTD should be reseted.

Love what you're seeing? https://supportus.ffhacktics.com/ 💜 it's really appreciated

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)
<R999> My target market is not FFT mod players
<Raijinili> remember that? it was awful

Beautiful. Thanks guys!

...Also, in hindsight, I'm not sure why I didn't think of those. Ah well.
