Weapon Range question

Hey all,

I've just started creating my own patch and I've been trying to change the weapon range of the Lancers spears, and all "thrusting" weapons in general so that they would be able to attack diagonally, similar to draw out. After about an hour of forum search I've not been able to find out if this is even possible, and if it is, how to do it.

I've tried to increase the range of the weapon but the results aren't working. I think the best way to do it would be to change it to a range weapon but I don't know if you can change the min range of the weapon.

Uncheck the "lunging" box in the item tab for the weapon of your choice, and it should work like a charm. You cannot change the minimum range of the weapon as far as I know.
