FFTpatcher gameshark codes tab

ok i am sorry for this newbie question!
i looked in the help forum and searched and still couldn't find it.

So i generated the codes on the FFTpatcher and then go to the gameshark tab and see the list of gameshark codes.  Do i have to enter them manually? how can i put them on my PSX gameshark disk?

well when I played with  gameshark on the psx, back in the day, I had to enter each one manyually, but who knows mabe someone might know somethign I don't but as far as I ca tell ya it's all manual if oyu want to do it yourself for a psx gameshark
