how can i make my units have death corps(green) outfits?

Change the palettes, I guess.

open up fftpatcher and change the pallete number for the sprite in there

OK. PPL not only should questions be confined to Help section, but you guys should also not encourage this stuff by abswering the questions when they're in the wrong forum.
