I have never finished it either, mainly because of the dragon thing. It is like the Spiderman games in that regard.

Also the second one is really nicely done, and when you switch weapons you play as the character in your party who wields those weapons, except there are times when one member or another is missing from your party. Also I think the main character (name escapes me) is the only one who can call the dragon though that is not so big a deal.
Oh pitiful shadow lost in the darkness, bringing torment and pain to others. Oh damned soul wallowing in your sin, perhaps...it is time to die

Thanks Ehrgeiz.

No problem.
Lol. Uriel reminds me of the old lady from Courage the Cowardly Dog. His name was... crap what was his name..... Oh yeah! Ulrick (may be spelled wrong). The only think I didn't like about Drakengard 2 was that only certain characters could do certain tasks. I kind of got use to Caim slaughtering all the foes on the battlefield.

Then where have I heard Uriel before. An angel's name got it.

Also yea Caim was the silent swordsman with the ability to kill hundreds of thousand of units in a single playthrough.

I think I'm up to around 47,000 if I recall correctly.

When I first got the game years ago a friend of mine and I had a challenge to see who could kill the most units in a month without the dragon.

I killed just over 700k he killed about 850k. I was ashamed.

Uncharted 2 online beta. It is looking pretty sweet and it has the potential to have some staying power.

Thank god I discovered the joy of Dragon Quest with those DS remakes. So awesome.

The fact that it is in spoilers was the joke. All games have definite endings. Unless they are released horrendously ahead of schedule. In fact I have never played a game without an ending. Unless they have made a Sopranos game.

Technically those have very anticlimactic endings after you max everything and beat all the quests. They may have a lot of end game crap but once you get to endgame you are done. Till the next update that is. MMOs don't really count as games even, they are more like jobs you don't get payed for.

I have to totally agree with you on that one, DP.
That's why I'm pretty miffed that FFXIV is going to be FFXI-2.
