I think Mandalia is fine. It's a great place to train and stuff. It doesn't need to be any harder.

Yes I did. I just mangled my own sentence. I was referring to the few who wanted to make Mandalia harder. I wouldn't mind some asthetic changes. A road would be kinda cool.

*Hugs Voldemort*
I AM cute! ^_^
And I still think a maze-like structure would rule. ^_^
A road down the middle would work and then you'd have 2 mazes! ^_^

Overwhelming votes against me, arse.

Next time gadget, next time!!

14:45  @SilentB         ò "Because I eat too much meat."
14:46  @Celdia          ò Heresy. No such thing as 'too much meat'
14:47  @Celdia          ò One night with tithin would teach you that.

RAWR

Alright heres the rundown...

I ran across some issues with map2gl's extremely limited pallete editor... it made all my snowy trees into green rocks...trust me it looks to ugly to show.

So i was inspired to look int o coding a little bit to see if i can add some editability to the color of the pallete, not just the graphics. you see, currently the pallete retains its origonal color of the map, but you can make the graphics look different. i.e. changing the rocks in mandalia plains to wooden floors. But they are still green. cause the wood tile uses a color that, now bieng imported into mandalia plains, is in the color green's spot. not a pretty one either, i might add

At any rate, Gomtuu has warmly opened his computer desk to a partner in his program.

You can all look forward to editing maps within...well im pretty busy lately, so most likely 2 months.

OOOO what would be really cool is that you delete all the rocks except a few... and have some entrances to run-down homes with overgrown vegetation, so it could be like a deserted, war-ravaged town in the plains

..... maybe even include a chicken that runs in and out of the map on an event :)

O, and the rundown homes could provide a sort of fort for your party... Clever?

Quote from: "Vanya"Maybe make small hills where the player and enemy begin the battle at to give them a clear view of each other.

Add this to the canyon-esque idea and this map could be an archer's paradise.
