Modifying the Tutorial

Had anyone tried to modify the ingame tutorial.  I was thinking that it could be used for challange battles.  Anyone do anything with it yet?
It'll be a good long time until someone flushes another guitar string.

I've tried... they are extremely specific events, they have only one portion and no setup. Trying to disable the event portions or trying to put a normal battle event, ends the "tutorial" immediately, if memory recalls.
