1. Does anyone know how to hack an NES rom? I want to insert custom sprites onto a Megaman Rom.

2. Does anyone know how I can speed up Fraps or find a better program to record me playing a videogame? I want to Dub or make a "Let's Play" Series of Final Fantasy Games, but I can't find Clips.

3. How do I set Fraps to non-compression? that will probably speed up my recording, cause I think it is compressing them, but I don't know. Anyone got any ideas?

1) If you just want to modify the graphics you can use TileLayer Pro or Tile Molester for that. They're easily found at Romhacking.net.
