This isnt a joke either. I REALLY want to make a FE8 hack. New music, couple of New sprites, New maps, mostly...

What programs would I need? I know a Hex Editor. I have WinHex. Tile Layer Pro. And I got Nightmare. Any others? Plus Sappy.

I actually have a friend who knows a lot more about FE hacking.. seeing as he does FE hack. Can you drop by at the sorcery server in #Sphere211?
