Get your facts straight about Soy

I was into heavy BB a year or two ago, and know alot about nutrition, especially where sports / recovery / proteins are concerned

At this point, no one truly knows  **** about Soy to make any valid claims

there is just too many conflicting studies on it, and the fact that asian populations have had it as part of their diets (both fermented and un-fermented) for many, many years

of course, genetic factors have not been ruled out
