AI Control Challenge

I've been playing the tactics games for years and had no idea this site existed. As a challenge I want to MOD FF Tactics Advance so that all of your characters except Marche are AI controlled during battle (like Montblanc is in that first battle during the tutorial). This seems like it would relatively easy but have no idea how to get started. Any help would be appreciated.
