How to add an unrecruitable character in my roster?

It's my first time trying to mod FFT WOTL. I'm trying to add Alma in my roster using Lioneditor but every time I change her job her and bring her back to Cleric her HP/MP goes to 1 and I can't equip anything except accessory.
Am I doing something wrong or Lioneditor is not the way to do it?
