GBA Mod Manager

Hello! It's been a while since my last post. I wanted to introduce you all to a new tool, GBA Mod Manager.

It's a work in progress, but this is a functioning beta version that I have been able to use. I would appreciate any functional testing, as I plan on releasing fix versions and improving the interface / adding more robust functionality.

The goal is for this to function sort of like github, but for binary changes. This should make it easy to share work across multiple creators, as all you need to share a mod is the formatted json mod file.
