Well, we can change the Materia Blade to another item (ASM hacking), so you need [Said Item] to use limits or whatever ... but I wanted to change it to all bows. =/ I'm not sure what to do.

That suggestion has already been put forth, Zodiac was working on the three empty spaces in the Patcher to activate "Uses X". He's still working on that though.

You mean ... instead of you needing [Longbow], you can switch it to you needing [Bow Type weapons]?

So to speak... Zodiac once explained the clasifications, but I can't recall them.

I got it 100% working for the player menu but 0% when it comes to AI.

Plus I'm working on other stuff right now. :/

Love what you're seeing? https://supportus.ffhacktics.com/ 💜 it's really appreciated

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)
<R999> My target market is not FFT mod players
<Raijinili> remember that? it was awful

Lydyn its more important that he finishes the event editor hes been working on

he said that both event editor and making weapon specific checks will take a while so we chose from order of importance. ill be excited when the weapon specific skills are available too, but i know youll love the event editor too.

you could also create the skills, but keep them enemy only for now on characters that have maintenance. that way they look weapon specific for time being. then when we have the weapon specific stuff it can just be implemented for anyone to use

That'd result in excluding a whole generic class though. :P I'm sure he'll figure it out by the time I'm done anyways.
