The title might not make sense, but the topic will... so here I go...

After playing each Final Fantasy Game, I've noticed something which Tactics doesn't do like most of them.... as in giving out some of the basic skills. E.g. Fire, Cure, etc. But, would it be better to change that? As in giving people them very easily, yet making the higher level magics and skills harder? Would it even be worth playing like that? Please state your opinion...

Also, even if you make the higher / better skills harder to get, should they be better? As in.... more damage, etc?

I suppose having a couple of low level skills with chance to learn 100 and job point cost = 000 is in order.
It will make low job levels enemies be a little more challenging.

The higher level skills can be stronger, and, maybe, a little less expensive in terms of mp.

Maybe decrease all skill that cost less than 200 jb to 0. Increasing the cost by 100 of all skills all between 200 and 600. And all others by 250.

the starter bonus when you unlock a class is 100-199 JP.

Cure/Fire/etc are 50 JP.  I think all classes but Knight can learn something upon immediate acquisition of their class.

cheapest thing knight has is weapon guard at 200 then the stat breaks at 250, along with equip shield.
