<JoZ> I'm not Wiz. Even if I were, I wouldn't be narcissistic enough to go under an alt and comment on my own team.

Apparenly he's the 151st pokemon.  I really forget the sequence, it's been eons since I even messed with it.   But I'm sure something at gamefaqs can tell you how to get mew.  Really he's more of a novelty -- relative to upper-teir pokeman like Scyther and Dragonite he blows.  Hell, I'd prefer that awesome ghost type (Gragnar?) over him.

Even if you doesn't afraid of anything, you should pick your fights intelligently.

Subtlety, you has none.

To get Mew, you have to use the glitch involving the START menu and a Gambler on the route to the right of Saffron City. Basically what the game allows you to do is open the START menu when the gambler sees you, just before the battle, creating a glitch on the tile to the left of Lavender Town. This encounter is determined by which trainer you fight before that incident, so to get Mew you need to fight the Youngster who has a Slowpoke on the route just after Nugget Bridge, before Bill's Cottage.

First, battle him and win, then fly over to Saffron and challenge the Gambler. When the exclamation mark comes up over his head, press START. This will open up the menu, you must fly over to Lavender Town ASAP. Once you're there, move down towards the left exit. The menu will pop up before you get there, don't worry about it, just close it and continue walking. Once you step on that tile at the exit you will enter a battle with a level 7 Mew.

And Dome, you aren't funny at all.

Sword Dance certainly was.  All those other ones came in later, says google.

I loved my Scyther!  Mirror Image + Sand Attack + Sword Dance was a horrible combo.

It's not Mirror Image but Double Team lol. Sandstorm boosts evasion of certain pokemon now, so the evasion hax is much more potent.

Garchomp @ Brightpowder
Sand Veil
Jolly, 252 Speed / 252 Attack / 6 HP

Outrage
Swords Dance
Substitute
Double Team

+ Tyranitar support

^_^

Garchomp @ Yache Berry
Sand Veil
Adamant
252 Speed / 252 Attack / 6 HP

Swords Dance
Outrage
Earthquake
Fire Blast

Remember this back then Aquilae? Ah, great times reading those debates.

And I see Dome knows about Smogon as well.

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Jolly, 252 Attack / 252 Speed

Earthquake
Outrage
Fire Blast
Toxic

^ My favorite set. If Garchomp ever gets voted OU again (no chance, just look at that 79.2% usage on suspect), it either has to contend with Latias LO Draco Meteor screwing it up (you need SpD EVs to survive with a Haban Berry) or the Ice Sharders / CS Ice Beamers, which also necessitates Yache Berry. CS Chomp is one of the best revenge-killers and has quite a few switchins.

Also, BulkyChomp!

Garchomp @ Leftovers
252 HP / 252 Def Impish (can't remember the EV spread, it ran attack and speed iirc)

Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Fire Blast
Toxic

Garchomp should be uber only...
Almost nothing can stop him 1vs1
Earthquake+Dragon fang+fire fang = Nothing is safe
Put him in a permanent sand storm with the help of Tyrannitar or the sand hippo, and then give him the berry that halves the ice damage...nothing can 1 shot you and you uberpown
P.s: I got a legit mewtwo with the max special attack possible xD 447...Lulz
