I would like to see a gafgarion V.S. Agrias or a (holy knight) DelitaV.S. Agrias. unless specials are out of the question. Random equips for all.

I'd prefer to keep the fights 1 vs 1...
So, the ideas at the moment are:

Rafa VS Tiamat
Rafa VS Malak (Gamefags)
Gaffgarion VS Agrias
Ramza VS Delita (Gamefags)
Meliadoul vs. Kletian/Cletienne

I can make them all, I just need a bit of time...

Hmm... true. Maybe Defense Up could be the cure-all for this situation. As well as making Kletian very mobile with a good movement ability.

Rinos is the likely one to win.  Its vanilla Triple Thunder tends to be able to kill just about anyone in a single turn depending on how unlucky the target is.

Rinos ftw. Triple Flame has a 24 multiplier for formula 5E (MA+Y)*MA/2 with a chance to hit 3 times with a vertical of zero. And the battlefield is Zeklaus, which isn't the flattest map in the game.
