lol I kinda figured those were the problems for both of em but I just wanted to know if I was on the right track, oh and I used the whiteest part of balthiers shirt

The problem is that a custom-added part of bandana lacks shading, I will try to work with it later.

Hmm they are looking pretty good. Do people think they need to be a bit bigger? Maybe one more very dark white pixel on the bottom on the right (if that makes sense).

Don't really get this. Are you talking about his right eye for the front diagonal angle?

Good start. The side view looks perfect and the diagonal view looks decent--it's that front-facing still looks a little awkward. Though there may not be a quick fix.

So my conclusion is that we might need to add another slightly darker shade of white. Which is fine because there are plenty of colors in this. So you can see where I added another pixel that was slightly darker. I think it might be an improvement, but this could still use a little playing around with.

Hot damn...I can't believe that black outline makes it look better? Can you get it to work with a diagonal angle though? Oh and that spidy is amazing, bats is only okay. Try the Diagonal Seushiro. This is for Master Thief Zero.

PS: Ah you lowered the bandana knot too, good idea.

Yeah that is the original length on the bandana knot, but we will likely need to shorten it. I feel like the diagonal view could use a little work yet, I can't quite put my finger on it though. Thoughts?

Maybe his right eye is one pixel too low on the diagonal one? That's the only flaw I could come up with. Great work though--both of those look damn near perfect.

lol guess u pps didn't notice the outline I gave in the first attempt I did XD oh well just glad I sparked the many attempts on this sprite attempt ^_^

no one noticed it because if reduced to game size the eyes made on the larger pic would be pixelated and would be done from scratch anyway cuz fine lines cant be reduced without blending and anti-aliasing. . .

I just noticed from the original reference pix that it was like a spidey/batman like eye and would have wanted the whole mask darker so i did the spidey style eyes. . .

. . . oh and that is why we always work from the original game size and zoom it up. . . not the other way around ^__^

*a lot of us spriters are feeling down, getting rusty, and supah! lazy. . . I wonder why. . . ei Xeno you said there was a sprite here that would be a nice goku. . . which one is it?. . . I was a DBZ fan back then so I could surely use the inspiration right now. . . and make Ichigo's sword and a kunai please. . . as possible weapons since u are good at it. . .

Good thought Jimmy, but I like the extra pixel on Seushiro. Nice improvement, I think this will be enough to work off of, maybe a side view. Then we can see what hickups we run into for the attack animation heads.
