Final Fantasy Hacktics

I dont know if anyone was goin to make an FF7 version of Aeris so I decided to attempt to make one. Theres a topic i skimmed where i got the first two views from so I want to thank the person who made them. You may do whatever you want to the sprite. Also critisism and comments welcomed.

WOOT!  We are one step closer to the entire FF7 compendium.

Found some glitchy stuff with her ill fix that immediatly. Took me awhile to test ingame because ive been grounded so i had to wait till my parents left. Which reminds me...today is the 7th month anniversity since ive been grounded! *sigh*

This one should look better but i cant test it ingame since my parents are back. If any can test this out for me and tell me if theres anything wrong id really appriciate that. ive also have been working on AC Tifa and i have Vincent already planned out so more FF7 will be here soon!

Can't you convert it into an SPR and view the frames in shishi?

I did but you can notice a lot more mistakes ingame since shishi shows only a black background thats wat happened with the first Aeris

OK. I'll give it a shot, but before I do, I have to comment on the palette.

I don't know if it's that the pink is to saturated or what, but right now she's kinda hurting my eyes. That brown and that pink really, really clash. try finding some screen shots of her as a reference. Other than that I think she's coming along great.

Now shes less bright and i also found out that her jacket is a deep red. About her shoes, should they stay red or change to her darker colors of her hair? and thanks Vanya!

Shoes should be brown, but I like them red.

I like it, but the pink gradient seems too flat. The lightest pink needs to be a little lighter, and the darkest a little darker. The middle colors should be lighter and the other darker, but not as much of a change as the other two.

The red gradient would probably look better if it was just a smidge brighter.

I think once you tweak the palette, she'll be perfect. Good job, mon!

I made 2 versions of the sprite; one with red boots and the other with brown. I made the changes like you said. The Aeris with brown shoes has darker hair so her shoes didnt look like oddly shaded brown bricks on her feet. Bleh I forgot I have to go to the beach tomorrow so I had to post this now (its like 4:00 am where Im at to whoever isnt in my timezone) so you could all hav this now and comment on it. I hate the beach

She is looking quite good. I have similar concerns about the colors like Vanya, but it is getting better. I think the "pink" needs to be slightly pinker and the red slightly brighter. But it might be fine, and I'm only suggesting minor adjustments.

I'm not sure which one I like better. They're both good. The brown shoes are more accurate, but the red is good, too. And I'll agree with what Cheetah said too.

Ok I fixed them. Are the colors better now?

the rest is up to personal taste in color really, if you want it to be more fft style, ff7 style or your own flavor.

Looks good. Do you have enough colors to make the bracelets gold? Or maybe remove them.

Theres not enough colors sadly...I might try to make one without a bracer but Im not good with removing things. Ill give it a shot.

Thanks Vanya! And thanks to Cheetah and Nevarie, too. You all helped me out a lot! Oh, and these next updates are a teeny bit different. I was able to squeeze out one color so I could make gold braces but one wasnt enough so I gave her Green eyes. And the portrait has a different color shirt. It's red, now, so it matches the sprite.

Awesome job man. You should submit it to the site so everyone will remeber your work for as long as FFH exists.

the sprite is great. i had thought about working on it but fixing the shading in the dress in the front seemed too time consuming for me.
