Final Fantasy Hacktics

Ok. I have an idea for a knew patch that will be a big project. I have expirience in hacking from FFTA, whitch is quite complicated, due to the lack of programs. Anyways, I have a few questions. I was wondering first, how do you edit the missions. I know about entd's but I could only seem to find {in fft patcher} the cutscenes, and not the missions. Also the random battle's. I was wondering how the mercinaries crew went about editing the missions. Lastly, I was wondering how they edit the text. I was searching through FFtactext, and, couldn't locate the main storyline text. Do they use a hex editor? Anyways, if anyone could help that'd be great. Thanks!

If I understand your question correctly, story missions start at 180 in the ENTD, but there are some cutscenes scattered throughout them. Random battles are from 000 to 0FC.

Pretty sure the Mercs crew used these to edit FFT, but if you were asking something different, then I'm useless.
