if you use green, that kind of green, dont use it for metal or even boots or gloves... its just odd somehow.

cloth maybe, hell even hair (not izlude) but i've never seen it look good as boots or armor

if you want to use green, there is a green armored lancer, but he uses 5 shades of green, assuming the variety of colors you have it probably will have more than 16 colors if you apply that green

Yeah. If you want to make a metallic green, green armored lancer is a good choice though, its very soften green like Sir Zozma said.

Go to Shishi, select Male Dragoon/Lancer, select the sprite #?, which is 4 I think, then export it with currrent palettes.

You can check the sprite names in from a documentation section linked from the FFHacktics home page and then use Ctrl+F to find it with ease.

Here is a concept with the green armored lancer. I tried a golden cape, but it made the boots severely difficult to deal with. I tried another concept using the darker shades of green for the cape, but I'll see how this one looks first.

It's just the green lancer with Izlude's head, nothing really changed. I'd just like to see whether I should go from here, or go from my previous attempt.

^ Better. :)
I didn't like the color of the boots, because it mixes with the cape.
Well, if you still have an available color slot, maybe change teh colors on teh cape or boots.

It's 16 colors. The cape uses two of the same colors that are in the boots, it really distorts everything when I change the color. I don't really have any open spaces either.

I could use the hair colors to fill in the boots, but it isn't easy.

I figured out how to do it without too many problems. Here he is with a golden cape.

Do you have enough space for the yellow cape? As nice as it may look, sacrificing quality isn't the way to go.

When I took the sprite to add the boot fix,it had room for 5 colors,so I added 3 shades of yellow without problem
