Final Fantasy Hacktics

I've been trying to use v0.453, but whenever I double click on it, an error report pops up saying that the application failed to work and it asks if I want to contact windows about it or something. Is there anything I need to download to be able to run it? I will attach the link to the download so it might help. Thanks.
