now i know that this may sound really noobish, but can you patch a fft psx that has been converted for psp or does it have to be just the psx iso?

Yes it has to be an original clean iso. No conversion, because then all the data would have been changed.

So, it have to be patched in fft psx iso, then converting it to .eboot file would be fine?
