All elemental skills have an element property (except 3 of them)... wouldn't it be wise to equip 108 gems or something?

Carve Model and Hell Ivy aren't elemental and they're two of the most common elemental panels, so 108 Gems wouldn't be that good over Genji Gauntlet.
